our process

FOR NEW WEBSITES:

1. You'll need to fill out a Request for Service questionnaire (available here), which will help you organise and prepare your ideas.
2. After you have sent us your RfS questionnaire, we'll review it and give you feedback on your ideas. The timeframe will be discussed and we will also send you a quotation.
3. If you're happy, you'll need to send us a signed copy of the quotation to initiate the project.
4. We assist you in registering a domain (www.example.com) and hosting.
5. We do the development, while you can keep track of the progress through a special client area.
6. We send you the final product for approval. If you're happy, the website is published.
7. EXTRA: If your website is managed by a CMS, we provide you with step-by-step instructions for you to keep your website updated.
